All PAs must maintain malpractice insurance independently or through an employer or government agency. Independent PAs must also join the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund, just like physicians and certain tyoes of advanced practice nurses.

“The Wisconsin PA Modernization Act - LRB-0509 is our chance to show that experienced PAs are essential to solving the state’s growing healthcare access crisis. Together, by sharing our voices and our stories, we can secure a future where every community has the care it deserves.”
We are happy to meet with you (in-person or virtually)
